1. The property must be listed to be sold at auction at The Auction Collective, to be held on 1st October 2024

2. The property must be signed up at our normal commission rate (unless prior agreed).

3. The property owner must set their reserve within the agent-appraised range of the property.

4. The property owner must pay the total marketing costs prior to the auction to be eligible

5. This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion or discount.

6. The winner will be selected randomly from eligible entries.

7. The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other alternative.

8. The winner will be responsible for any additional costs exceeding the $6,000NZD prize value.

9. By participating in the promotion, entrants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
